Today's #StoryofSuccess illustrates the value of goal setting and how goals can serve as motivators along the journey to improved health.
This TrestleTree participant made big improvements with her health routines. She hadn’t been focused on food prep, which left her making unhealthy choices, and she wasn’t consistently exercising. She worked with her Health Coach to set goals for the year, and together, they developed concrete plans that included eating more purposefully and training to run a 5k. She has successfully implemented nutritional changes, such as routine food prep and incorporation of fruit into her meal plan. She also improved her exercise level and has a plan to keep this up. She is motivated by her progress and looks forward to continued success!
